I have never met such incompetency in the history of living in different properties. Forget that tenants are never listened to and you don't the management staff half of the time because of the consistent turn over. This property management company prioritizes money over everything, over the tenants' safety, over maintenance issues and even through the complaints laid by tenants. There are no security measures in this place, people literally drive in and out as they please whether they stay there or not. They do as they please with the monthly rental statements, there's always fees being added every month with a different name each time. I can't believe I was actually considering staying longer, I'm moving out of this hell whole as soon as I can.
