Noko Financial services - Refusal of refund

I was under debt review with Noko Financial Services for the past four years. I was never given feedback about my account until I noticed that they are continuing to debit me and pay my creditors even after the debts were settled. They continued to do that even after I alerted them. Right now they are refusing to refund money overpaid to creditors. Hyphenpda is also complicit in this matter as they are a debiting company. Hyphenpda is a payment distribution agency.
