Woolworths Black Credit Card - Renewal of Woolworths Black Credit Card

My Woolworths Black Credit Card expired at the end of August 2022.

I have been in contact with woolworthsblack@wfs.co.za. They informed me that the card was delivered via courier which it was not. this is a major concern.

I am not receiving any response to mails.

Please would you assist with this matter.
